The Challenge

The new Greenville facility required a comprehensive AV solution to equip multiple spaces, including a lobby, conference rooms, training room, lounge/break room, private offices, and a data center. The project involved unique challenges, including coordinating with base construction and meeting specialized electrical and data requirements for the facility. Vertical AVTV needed to align its installation schedule with the client and general contractor to ensure a seamless integration of AV systems within tight timelines.

The Solution

• Lobby Display: Installed a large digital signage display to enhance the visitor experience with high-impact visuals.

• Breakroom/Lounge TVs: Broadcast displays to create an engaging and relaxing environment for employees.

• Conference and Training Rooms: Video conferencing systems and displays to support seamless collaboration and presentations.

• Private Offices: Four displays for presentations and small group meetings.

• Security Office: Ten displays integrated with the facility’s security system to provide real-time monitoring and enhanced safety.

• Data Center Coordination: Worked closely with the general contractor and client to meet the facility's complex electrical and data requirements, ensuring the AV systems were installed on schedule and fully operational.
